Tasting notes
(tasted on: 11-Nov-2019)

Clearly pronounced in intensity, so focused, intense, refined fragrant and beautifully perfumed and evolved – with loads of tertiary flavours. It is still fresh though , with perfectly ripe and immensely fragrant fresh fruit: red and black cherry, plums, currant, blackberry. Intriguingly perfumed dried berries, potpourri, dried rose and primrose intertwine with meat and leather, tobacco, cedar wood and sweet suggestions from cinnamon and clove, event suggestions of sweet paprika. Really delicate balsamic note, with nuances of liquorice, anise, juniper, bay leaves. Also a touch of “ripe” green note – black currant leaves. So fragrant, perfumed, classy with crunchy dried autumn leaves. There is just a touch of toastiness, so well integrated. Superbe evolve refined bouquet – it has aged magically. Complex, nuanced, with a real optimal balance.
